Our work

How gratitude becomes action

The portfolio begins with cancer patients and families, then extends to immediate community needs, pathways to self-sufficiency, and accessible acts of service. Each initiative has a distinct job and a clearly labeled status.

The continuum

Where each initiative meets people

The continuum is both a service model and a decision tool. A new activity should meet a defined need, help a person move forward, and create a credible path back into gratitude and service.

Crisis, then Support, then Stability, then Opportunity, then Gratitude, then Action

  1. Crisis
  2. Support
  3. Stability
  4. Opportunity
  5. Gratitude
  6. Action
Dawn’s Heart meets people where they are and helps convert support into renewed agency.

What Are You Grateful For Today?
